PGPD Investigates Drug-Related Residential Robbery

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a residential robbery in the Chillum area. Preliminarily, it appears this was a drug-related robbery.

On December 10, 2013, at approximately 11:15 pm, patrol officers responded to the 6700 block of Belcrest Road for a residential armed robbery. When patrol officers arrived, they found three men suffering from apparent stab wounds.  One of the victims is in critical condition.  The other two victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The preliminarily investigation suggests three armed suspects broke into the apartment. Once inside, they stabbed the three victims and then stole money.  Detectives believe the victims were likely targeted.  Detectives are working to identify the suspects in this case.
